
BLOWER INSTALLATION (1200 CFM)
1) Discard the hex nut provided with the blower.
2) Lift the blower assembly into position inside the hood.
3) Engage the two tabs on the blower into the two slots in
the top plate of the wall chimney hood. Secure the
blower to the threaded studs with two hex nuts
(provided with blower).
5) Plug the blower power cords into receptacles located
near the center of the hood shell. Use the clips on the
interior of the hood to secure excess power cord.
6) Once installation of the blower is complete, reinstall the
internal frame and filters. Refer to complete the instal-
lation on page 17.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Before turning electrical power on to
the ventilation hood, make sure the blower is off.

BLOWER INSTALLATION (600 CFM AND 900 CFM)
1) Fasten four hex nuts (provided with blower) to the four
threaded blower studs, leaving a
1
/4" (6) gap. Refer to
the illustrations below.
2) Lift the blower into position inside the hood.
3) Engage all the blower studs in the keyholes on top of
the hood. From the top of the hood, secure the blower
to the hood with the four hex nuts on the blower studs.
4) Plug the blower power cord(s) into receptacle(s) near
the center of the hood shell. Use the clips on the
interior of the hood to secure excess power cord.
5) Reattach the transition to the hood with shipping
screws. If a duct cover will be installed with the hood,
refer to instructions on page 11.
6) Once installation of the blower is complete, reinstall the
internal frame and filters. Refer to complete the instal-
lation on page 17.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Before turning electrical power on to
the ventilation hood, make sure the blower is off.
